Bhairav’s introduction to yoga came at an early age, when his mother would take him along with her to the local YMCA for her yoga classes. After practicing hot yoga himself for several years as a way to condition his body for working outside during the Florida summers, he completed his Hot Yoga teacher certification. Wanting to enrich the spiritual component of his yoga practice, he traveled to India for I AM Yoga Nidra training with Kamini Desai and Gurudev Shri Amritji.

After this journey, a spark was ignited and he was drawn to deepen his understanding of these ancient teachings and found this path through the Posture of Consciousness teacher training, Sadhna of Prana, and Prana Awakining. Witnessing the profound changes in his own life from these authentic teachings, he was moved to share these lessons with others by guiding I AM Yoga and Yoga Nidra at yoga studios, churches, community centers, online, or in private groups.

He also provides sound therapy using the soothing healing energy of Quartz crystal bowls. He is honored to share with you, what has been revealed along his journey.
