Single Session $120
Your first session of yoga therapy with Bhavaani Deanna Gray offers a comprehensive and personalized experience designed to promote healing and well-being.
The session begins with an initial consultation to understand your unique needs, health history, and wellness goals, followed by an assessment of your physical, emotional, and mental state. You will then engage in gentle yoga postures (asanas) tailored to your specific concerns, focusing on alignment, flexibility, and strength. Guided breathwork (pranayama) enhances oxygen flow, calms the nervous system, and promotes relaxation, while meditation and mindfulness practices quiet the mind and increase body awareness. Somatic release techniques are employed to release stored tension and energy blocks.
The session includes time for deep relaxation and integration, often with Yoga Nidra or guided relaxation, to ensure you leave feeling rested and rejuvenated. It concludes with a discussion to reflect on the session’s effects and personalized recommendations for home practice and lifestyle adjustments to support ongoing healing.
Please note: The first session is two hours. Each additional session is an hour and a half.
