The Seven Sessions Include:
Tuesday, July 9 – Root Chakra
Muladhara Chakra, situated at the base of the spine. This energy center provides vitality to the lower body and is associated with qualities of perseverance, safety, belonging and attachment.
Thursday, July 11 – Sacral Chakra
Swadisthana Chakra, located just above the Root Chakra. Governing the reproductive organs, this chakra symbolizes creativity, sexuality and the ability to enjoy life.
Tuesday, July 16 – Solar Plexus Chakra
Manipura Chakra is positioned behind the navel. This chakra influences the digestive system and embodies qualities of self-control, confidence and perseverance.
Thursday, July 18 – Heart Chakra
Anahata Chakra, residing in the heart area. Operating the heart, lungs, chest, and arms, this chakra represents devotion, feeling, emotion and unconditional love.
Tuesday, July 23 – Throat Chakra
Vishuddha Chakra, located in the throat region. Providing energy to the throat and neck, this chakra signifies the ability to speak and hear the truth.
Thursday, July 25 – Third Eye Chakra
Ajna Chakra with its negative end representing the ego and its positive end bringing enlightenment, this chakra is situated between the eyebrows, governing perception and intuition.
Tuesday, July 30 – Crown Chakra
Sahasrara Chakra is positioned at the top of the head. Representing complete liberation, this chakra signifies unity with the Divine.

Meet your facilitator
Bhavaani Deanna Gray, RYT-500
Back pain from working on the computer lead Bhavaani to yoga. In 2017 Bhavaani signed up for a hot yoga teacher training to bring discipline to her practice. But what she received was so much more! She gained not only physical strength, but also mental clarity and spiritual connection. Yoga brought so much positive change in her life she was inspired to share what she learned. She knew teaching yoga was her path. She studied the the authentic teachings of yoga from Gurudev Shri Amritji at the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, Florida. There she earned 500-hours in Yoga Alliance certifications. She is currently enrolled in the Amrit Institute’s 800-hour Yoga Therapy Certification. She’s excited to continue on her journey of transformation and hopes to inspire and support others who are on this path of self-discovery.
